After a 2 a.m. Google search sent him down a rabbit hole of happiness research, he spent years cross-referencing 200+ podcast episodes and dozens of books into a system that genuinely changed his life. He and his wife Suzy turned that system into Your Happier Life — a non-profit built on one simple belief: that happiness science shouldn't live in a lab. It should live in your life.
